You forgot your password?
Follow these steps:
- Go to my account
- Click on "Forgot password"
- Enter the email address you used to create your account and click on "Reset password".
- You will receive an email that contains a unique renewal link that can be used once. (Check your spam folder).
- Click on the link, you will be redirected to a form to create a new password.
How soon will my order arrive?
Your order will be prepared within a maximum period of 48 hours (working days: except weekends and holidays). As soon as it is shipped, Fedex will deliver your package within 2 to 4 days.
How do I find my tracking number?
Your Fedex tracking number will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email of your order.
Didn't receive the email? The tracking number for each order you have placed can also be found in your customer account. If the situation does not change or if you encounter difficulties in receiving your package: contact us here.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
First of all if this situation occurs, we are sorry! Contact us here and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
Where are our products made?
Our products are made in France, except for Couleur Absolue that is produced in Italy.
