Did you forget your password?

Follow these steps:

• Go to my account
• Click on "Forgot password"
• Enter the email address you used to create your account and click on "Reset password".
• You will receive an email that contains a unique renewal link that can be used once. (Check your spam folder).
• Click on the link, and you will be redirected to a form to create a new password.

How soon will my order arrive?

Your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as it is shipped, your package will be delivered within 1 to 6 days.

How do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email of your order.

Didn't receive the email? The tracking number for each order you have placed can also be found in your customer account. If you need additional information: contact us at hello@lazartigue.com.

I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in France, except for Couleur Absolue which is produced in Italy.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must include the original receipts.
