The color code helps identify and understand the color of each box. There are 8 shades of Lazartigue Couleur Absolue, ranging from intense black to very light blonde: from 1 to 9. The code consists of 2 numbers:

• The first number before the decimal point = depth of tone, from darkest (1) to lightest (9).
• The second number after the decimal point = the first reflection, with golden reflections (3) available only for tones 5, 6, 7, and 8.

• What should I do if I’m unsure between two shades?

If you're unsure between two tones, we recommend choosing the lighter shade. It's easier to darken a color than to lighten it!
